Staying at this motel was such a pleasant surprise! The beautiful surroundings made for a charming experience, and the cleanliness of the rooms impressed me. Though a bit outdated, the mattress was really comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The only drawback was some plumbing issues with the shower. Overall, it's a lovely spot for a quiet getaway with the added bonus of nature around.
I had a lovely stay at the lodge! The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the setting amidst nature was a real treat. The owners were incredibly welcoming and they offered great suggestions for activities nearby. While the rooms could use a bit of modernizing, they still had a cozy charm. Overall, it was a great value for money, especially with all the local attractions within easy reach.
I had a lovely stay at the motel nestled between Bryson City and Cherokee, offering a peaceful country vibe. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a restful night. However, there weren't many dining options nearby, as you'd have to travel a bit for meals. While I appreciated the picnic area by the river, a bit more attention on facilities would be nice.
I had a fantastic stay at this charming lodge! The owners were incredibly accommodating and made us feel at home right away. The rooms were clean and offered beautiful views of the rivers, which added to the overall experience. It’s an older property with some quirks, like the plumbing issue I encountered, but the nostalgia and friendly atmosphere made up for it. I can’t wait to come back!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was perfect for exploring both Cherokee and Bryson City, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms could use some upkeep, and the service regarding service animals was quite frustrating. However, the owner was helpful with local recommendations, which I appreciated during my stay.
